How much experience does your company have?
The LIFE OF THE PARTY Professional DJ Service has been in business for over 20years, previously as a branch of Music Masters DJ Company of Binghamton.  Our DJs have several years experience in providing quality entertainment.

Can I meet with the DJ that will be scheduled for my party?
Usually client meetings are held with the manager, who may or may not be the DJ that you will have.  If not, information that is shared between you and the manager will be accurately passed on to the professionally trained member entertaining your guests.  We at LIFE OF THE PARTY pride ourselves in the type of detail-oriented planning that will make your event as memorable as possible.

Can the DJ Service I choose really be that important a decision?
Absolutely!  The quality and versatility of the service you choose can have a dramatic effect on the success of your event.  Feel free to check our references - they'll be happy to tell you how our company was prompt, courteous and presentable, and provided the best service at an affordable price and literally were THE LIFE OF THE PARTY.

Can I get something in writing that shows what we agreed upon?
Of course.  You're invited to set up an appointment to meet with us.  At that time we'll go over all the details and put together a contract that outlines the time, place and price we agreed upon.  Any special arrangements will be included.  Then we sign it and your successful event is guaranteed - in writing!

Have you ever missed a job?
Never!  In fact, we've filled in at the last minute for other DJ services that failed to show up, and we keep back-up equipment on hand.

Are your DJ's trained to do their jobs professionally?
Yes.  On-the-job training is mandatory and no DJ will be scheduled for a solo job until we feel they are more than capable of handling any situation and providing our customers with the best entertainment possible.  In addition, they are updated regularly on the latest dance steps and new music available.

What will the DJ's look like - will they be casual or sloppy?
Absolutely not.  It is the policy of our company to wear formal attire to our scheduled jobs.  The appearance of our staff is very important to us, and you don't need to worry that we'll stand out from your wedding attendants or party guests because we came to do the job in a sloppy T-shirt and ripped jeans.

Can you provide me with references?
We have lots of written testimonials of our quality service, a few can be seen on the references page.  We can also provide the names of scores of previous customers who you may contact for a personal reference.
